To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynaQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the incident.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 60 days unless retention is required by law.
